Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

JazzCash is currently not available.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally delivered within 4–5 working days after confirmation and dispatch.

What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery charges are Rs. 300.

Orders of Rs. 5,000 or above qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID. You can use the tracking information provided by us to track your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request cancellation. However, cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible products according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I exchange a sale item?

Yes. Sale items can be exchanged as long as the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Can I exchange a washed product?

No. Washed or used products cannot be exchanged.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will assist you with an exchange for the correct product.
