Step 2: Receive your tracking ID from Rising Robe.

Step 3: Use your tracking ID with our courier partner PostEx to track your shipment.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days after confirmation and dispatch.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather, or other operational issues.
