How Your Order Works

Ordering from Rising Robe is simple.

1. Choose Your Product

Browse our website and select the product you want to purchase.

2. Select Your Options

Choose the available size, color, quantity, or other available product options.

3. Add to Cart

Add your selected product to your shopping cart.

4. Checkout

Enter your correct name, phone number, email, and complete delivery address.

5. Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, our team may contact you through WhatsApp, phone call, or SMS to confirm your order.

6. Order Processing

Once confirmed, your order will be prepared and packed for dispatch.

7. Dispatch

Your order will be handed over to our courier partner PostEx.

8. Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive your tracking ID so you can track your shipment.

9. Delivery

Your order will normally arrive within 4–5 working days after confirmation and dispatch.
