Return & Exchange Policy

At Rising Robe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong, damaged, defective, or incorrect size/color/article, you may request an exchange according to the conditions below.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are available if you receive the wrong size, color, or article.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, Rising Robe will arrange an exchange for the correct product.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Products that have been washed or used are not eligible for exchange.
Sale items are eligible for exchange, provided they meet our exchange conditions.
The replacement item will be sent subject to availability.

Return Shipping

For a normal size, color, or article exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If we send you a wrong or damaged product, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange.

Refund Policy

Rising Robe does not offer cash refunds. Eligible products can only be exchanged for another product.
